Dr. Steven Pennington has served patients throughout the Palouse for decades, providing thoughtful, patient-centered orthopedic care focused on restoring mobility and improving quality of life. Known for his clear communication and collaborative approach, Dr. Pennington works closely with patients to understand their goals and develop treatment plans that help them return to the activities that matter most to them. In addition to caring for patients in the community, he served for more than two decades as team physician for the Idaho Vandals, supporting student-athletes through injury recovery and safe return to competition.
