Go from confusion to certainty about your surgery
Relax. We are ready to help.
Our staff serves you, not insurance companies.
Your Veritas journey in 6 steps
Veritas Surgery operates on a direct care model that treats the patient, rather than an insurance company as the customer, so we are grateful for this opportunity to serve you with excellent medical care and service! Below is an overview of the patient journey, from initial intake to follow-up care.
#1 Patient Intake & Review
The first step is completing the Patient Intake and Engagement Form.
This allows us to treat you, request necessary medical records, and sets clear expectations for your care.
After you fill out this form , our team will review your case and our staff will contact you to schedule a consultation.
#2 Consultation
During the consultation, you and your surgeon will discuss your symptoms, medical history, and treatment options. Together, you will decide on the best course of action:
If no surgery is recommended, we ask for a $200 flat fee for your consultation, we will continue to follow up to ensure satisfactory improvement or resolution of symptoms.
If surgery is recommended, we will proceed to the next steps.
#3 Transparent Price Guarantee
If surgery is recommended, you will receive an exact quote for the procedure.
Our pricing is 100% guaranteed—the final cost will not exceed the quoted amount. One bill that covers the entire episode of care.
#4 Surgery Scheduling and Travel Coordination
Once you approve the quote, we will finalize plans for surgery on a mutually agreeable date.
If you require travel for your procedure, we can assist with: Coordinating travel logistics Providing discounted lodging options for your stay
#5 Pre-Surgery Appointment
Typically the day before the surgery, you will meet your surgeon and undergo a physical exam.
If you are traveling for surgery, we ask that you arrive the day before your procedure for the appointment.
#6 Surgery & Post-Operative Care
Your successful surgery takes place!! Relax. You did it.
After surgery, if you are a travel patient, you will stay overnight to ensure a safe and smooth recovery.
Depending on the surgery, your surgeon may ask to see you in the office the day after your surgery before you travel home.
Any remaining follow-ups can be conducted via Telehealth appointments to provide convenient post-operative care.
