Pricing Details
The prices listed here include initial consultation, the facility fee, the surgeon’s fee, the anesthesia fee, and standard implants (if applicable), along with routine follow up care, tissue pathology (if applicable), and standard durable medical equipment (crutches, walkers, etc) if applicable. You will receive a detailed written price quote after your consultation that enumerates any procedure variations or potential additional procedures that your surgeon thinks may be necessary in your situation. If you decide not to proceed with surgery or you and your surgeon decide surgery is not indicated, you will be billed a $200 consultation fee but you will have no other financial obligation. The price you are quoted is valid for 60 days from your consultation.
Implants
Our prices include the normal hardware or implants used in most procedures. Occasionally, your surgeon may recommend using speciality implants which may require additional cost. If speciality implants are recommended, you will receive an updated price quote that reflects the additional cost.
Other costs
Some additional expenses that are NOT included
– Any diagnostic tests to prepare for surgery (labs, MRI, X-ray, CT scan, physical therapy, additional medical specialists)
– Travel and lodging expenses
– Expenses or fees from complications after discharge from the facility. Our prices are not insurance and should not be considered a substitute for a plan to provide for medical emergencies or other needs.
